Getting Started

How do I create my first Kubernetes cluster?

Creating your first cluster is easy! Log into your dashboard, click 'Create Cluster', choose your configuration, and click 'Deploy'. Your cluster will be ready in 2-3 minutes. Check out our Quick Start Guide for a detailed walkthrough.

What are the system requirements?

Beyond Cloud is a cloud-based platform, so you only need a modern web browser and an internet connection. For CLI access, we support macOS, Linux, and Windows with our cross-platform CLI tool.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. You can deploy up to 3 clusters during the trial period.

How long does deployment take?

Most Kubernetes clusters are fully deployed and ready to use within 2-3 minutes. This includes provisioning infrastructure, installing Kubernetes, and configuring networking.

How does pricing work?

Which Kubernetes versions do you support?

Can I bring my own tools and configurations?

Yes! Beyond Cloud is fully compatible with standard Kubernetes tooling. You can use kubectl, Helm, your favorite CI/CD tools, and import existing configurations.

How do you handle security updates?

Security patches are automatically applied within 24 hours of release. Critical vulnerabilities are patched immediately. You can also trigger manual updates anytime.

What about data persistence and backups?

All persistent volumes are automatically backed up daily with 30-day retention. You can also trigger manual backups and configure custom retention policies.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to Account Settings > Security and click 'Enable 2FA'. We support authenticator apps, SMS, and hardware keys for maximum security.

Can I set up SSO for my team?

Yes, we support SAML 2.0 SSO with all major identity providers including Okta, Auth0, Azure AD, and Google Workspace. Available on Team plans and above.

How do you protect my data?

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo regular third-party security audits.

Can I control access with RBAC?

Yes, we provide fine-grained role-based access control. You can create custom roles, set permissions at the cluster level, and integrate with your existing IAM systems.
