Beyond Cloud

Terms of service

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms apply when you use Beyond Cloud: the dashboard at app.usebey.com, the API at api.usebey.com, the Android app and this website (together, the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

1. Early access

Beyond Cloud is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may have bugs or interruptions. We provide it “as is”, with no service level agreement unless we have signed one with you.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account. You are responsible for what happens in your workspaces, including the actions of the members you invite.

3. Your cloud provider account and costs

Beyond Cloud creates servers, load balancers and related resources in your cloud provider account, using credentials you give us, when you or your team instruct it to. Those resources are yours. Your cloud provider bills you for them under your agreement with that provider. We are not responsible for those charges, including charges for resources that keep running because a workflow failed or was cancelled. Check your provider console and delete what you don't need. The prices the dashboard shows are the provider's list prices, for information only.

4. Fees

Pricing for Beyond Cloud is not set during early access, and the service has no self-serve billing. We will not charge you any fee unless you have agreed to it in writing first.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attack or disrupt other systems, to send spam, to mine cryptocurrency on resources you're not authorized to use, or to try to get around the service's security or limits. You must also follow your cloud provider's acceptable use policy. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to the data and configuration you put into the service and to the clusters it creates. You give us permission to process that data only to provide, secure and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Our service

We keep all rights to the Beyond Cloud software, name and branding. Talos, Kubernetes and other open-source components keep their own licenses. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Infrastructure automation can fail. You are responsible for backups of your workloads and data and for checking that your clusters meet your own requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data. Clusters in your cloud provider account keep running independently of Beyond Cloud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
